Kim is WONDERFUL! She goes above and beyond to make sure you're satisfied. She makes sure she has the correct answers before responding to avoid any confusion. Buying a home can be very stressful and dealing with realtors can get overwhelming but not with Kim. My husband and I work odd hours and she made herself available on our time which was a HUGE help to us. Having her guide us through this process has been a blessing. I would highly recommend Kimberly Coffee as a Real Estate agent. She is very professional and her knowledge of real estate, locations, etc. is far above average. I have been in touch with many Real Estate agents and they get back to me when they feel like getting back to me. Kimberly Coffee got back to me immediately and made me feel that she would give me her undivided attention. She immediately provided me with properties in the areas that I was looking at and in the price range that I felt comfortable. Most Real Estate agents that I dealt with before tried to show me properties in areas that I was not interested in or would try to push a higher priced property on me. I feel that Kim was working for me, for what I wanted and not trying to push something that was on the market that was not even close to what I wanted or in the right price range.
I would highly recommend Kimberly Coffee to any prospective home buyer or seller. She's extremely knowledgeable and she does listen to what you want and where you want it and doesn't try to push something on you that you are not interested in or could not even afford.
In my opinion, she is the best Real Estate agent that I have had the opportunity to work with. She cares, she is a hard worker and she really wants to find the property that is meant for you, not just one that she would like to sell. (less)
